Complaints policy

Where a participant raises a formal or informal complaint directly with Offroad 4WD Training & Tours, Offroad 4WD Training & Tours will make every effort (within their control) to resolve the issue directly and in a timely manner.

Generally, issues of concern are resolved with open dialogue at this stage. Where the participant is satisfied with the resolution, Offroad 4WD Training & Tours will take action to produce the outcome agreed between the participant and Offroad 4WD Training & Tours.

Where the matter cannot be resolved at this stage, or where the matter concerned is beyond the jurisdiction of Offroad 4WD Training & Tours it is appropriate for the participant to escalate the complaint to an external dispute resolution process.
