Training Cancellation & Refund Policy

There are those times where life just doesn’t go according to plan.

Offroad 4WD Training & Tours understands this and will always attempt to work with you to manage occasions when you can’t attend an event you have paid for. As you can probably appreciate, there may be times when forces beyond our control require the cancellation and rescheduling of a training event.

For exactly these reasons we have adopted the following policies. In extenuating circumstances these policies may be relaxed, but there is no guarantee that this will occur until Offroad 4WD Training &Tours has evaluated to situation on a case-by-case basis and made a final decision.

Participant Cancellation

In the event of cancellation by the participant:

• Provided we receive notification of cancellation by email at least 7 days prior to the course date, a full refund will be provided.
• A 50% refund will be provided if we receive notification of cancellation from you by email between 7 days to 48 hours prior to the course date.  
• Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the course are not entitled to a refund.
• Refunds will not be given if a participant is a “no show” on the day the training is scheduled.

In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unfavourable weather, the course will be rescheduled for a later date.   Should you not be able to attend the rescheduled course a full refund may be provided.

Cancellation by Offroad 4WD Training & Tours

Offroad 4WD Training & Tours reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient participant enrolment at least 20 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice to enrolled participants will be provided and these participants are entitled to reschedule to a future training course.

Offroad 4WD Training & Tours is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the participant if a training course is cancelled.

If a training class is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, a participant is entitled to reschedule to a future training course.  Should you not be able to attend the rescheduled course a full refund may be provided.
